Introduce

We would like to introduce ourselves as part of Pioneer Asia Group having our corporate office in Sivakasi, Tamilnadu, southern tip of India. The Group has diversified into various business activities like Manufacture of Safety Matches, Spinning of Cotton Yarn, Manufacture of Wind Mill for producing power, Automobile Forgings, Plantation in Sri Lanka and lately into the Infrastructure. Besides, we are also manufacturing Gelatine from Animal Glue in India, Taiwan and China which is a Joint Venture along with Japanese.



We are the second largest manufacturers of safety matches in India and having 9 Automatic Lines. We have a Joint Venture Unit in Sri Lanka for manufacturing wax matches and also helped in putting up wax matches plant in Madagascar and fully automatic line in Tanzania.



Export of Matches: We currently produce 10 million boxes a day and export 25 x 40ft containers of safety matches to various destinations in Africa, Latin America, South America and Europe.



Match Skillets / Raw Materials : We are very much in a position to supply you various raw materials out of India. We are also supplying finished match skillets to various destinations like Sri Lanka, Kenya, Tanzania, Pacific Islands, Uganda. The finished match skillets are printed, side chemicals coated, scored and ready to be used in your outer box machine. Thus saving storage of board, printing, avoiding side chemical section and various process etc.
